Cyber Advent Calendar

Pupils throughout the Digital Technology Department took part in the Cyber Advent Calendar by the Turing's Testers, a student lead initiative working with the charity dressCode and supported by J.P.Morgan and Skyscanner. 

DressCode, are a non-profit charity founded with the aim of addressing the gender gap in Computing Science. As part of the Cyber Advent Calendar leaners have to complete daily cyber challenges, completing all twenty four in order to be entered into the prize draw.

Many of our learners showed incredible problem solving skills and determination to complete all twenty four challenges and were entered into the prize draw, but it was our lucky Year 9 Computer Science pupils, Emilia and Max that took home the prize of a Tobbie AI powered robot each.

Well done to all of those that took part, and I know we're all looking forward to taking part in this years competition.
