Collection Guidelines for Exam Results
If you are unable to collect your results in person i.e. you are on holiday, there are three options open to you, unfortunately we are unable to email results:

1. YOU CAN NOMINATE A PERSON TO COLLECT RESULTS ON YOUR BEHALF:
If you choose this option, you must:
-
Complete and sign this FORM. You must put the nominated person's full name, we cannot accept forms that say, for example, 'my nan', 'my dad' etc
-
The person collecting must be over 18 years of age
-
The person collecting must have photographic ID with them when collecting the results.
We are not authorised by the Exam Boards to give out results if the above requirements are not met.
2. EXAM RESULTS CAN BE POSTED HOME:
If you would like your results posted home to you, please complete this FORM. This signed form then needs to be handed to Caredig Reception along with an A5 (nothing smaller) self addressed envelope. Results will then be put into the post at the end of the results day (via First Class Proof of Postage).

3. COLLECTION FROM SCHOOL AFTER THE RESULTS DAYS:
If you are happy to wait to collect your results after the result day, you can still do this throughout the Summer from Caredig Reception. You can do this between 9.00 am between 2.00pm.
